Rated Outstanding for Caring
An Outstanding rating is the highest rating the CQC can award. We have now retained our Outstanding rating for Caring across three consecutive inspections. This recognition means the most to us because it reflects what matters most: treating people with kindness, dignity and respect in their own homes.

What people told the inspectors
Only a small proportion of home care services in England hold an Outstanding rating in any category. These are the words of the people we support, and their relatives, spoken to the inspectors during our assessment.
“Staff can't do enough for you, they are wonderful. All polite and respectful. Staff will always ask what I want, never take it for granted.”

“I am so confident with them, it is well led, staff come when expected and care about my family member.”
A relative, speaking to the inspector
“The service have not forgotten what they are there for; to care. I know what the name Above Beyond Care means; perhaps that is true.”

What the CQC looks at
The CQC asks five questions of every service it inspects, and rates each one outstanding, good, requires improvement or inadequate. Here is how we were rated on each.
The full assessment report, published on 27th July 2026, sets out the evidence behind each rating. Read it on the CQC website, where you can also give feedback about our service directly to the regulator.
