Above and Beyond Care Ltd is an independent, family run company that is managed and owned by Alison Liffen. Alison has worked in domiciliary care for over 15 years and has gained a wealth of experience throughout this time, working with the elderly, special needs, dementia and palliative care. Alison is a registered NVQ Assessor within the care industry. A People Movers, Moving & Handling Trainer / Assessor and a First Aid Trainer.
Our main aim is to focus on supplying a person centred, high quality domiciliary care service. One of our top priorities is ensuring continued continuity of care is received. Our expert staff will ensure clients receive quality of care, with dignity and respect, within their own homes.
Above & Beyond Care has a team of very experienced care workers to look after all your needs, every care worker is rigorously vetted and trained before going into the community.
All our staff are qualified to NVQ level 2 or higher, or working towards this qualification.

All staff are encouraged and have the opportunity to undertake further training to ensure they meet each unique individuals needs.
Above and Beyond Care are registered with the Care Quality Commission. We are fully accredited with Social Services and are also able to assist you with transfer to the 'Direct Payments' scheme if you wish to follow that path with your care package.
